Balancing all the things is hard. Meeting everyone's expectations is impossible. We often end the day feeling like a failure, focusing on all the things that we sucked at in the day and how we failed. I was there. I was balancing life with 3 kids, working full time and being responsible for all the things....but it felt like I was slowly drowning as I desperately tried to keep up. I knew I needed to change. I knew I was not showing up as my best self for my girls and I didn't want to feel like I was failing them anymore. I started trying to figure out what I needed to do to take care of myself so I'd show up as my "best" self...or at least a self I was ok with. This journey had so many light bulb moments I was dying to share with other women who are feeling the same as I was...and so Dandelion Momma was born.

At Dandelion Momma my goal is to show up for you with empathy, compassion and non-judgemental love. I've been there. I know what it's like AND I know that we can find a way for you to be living a life where you go to bed each night feeling good and proud of your actions each day.

In my discovery I found that everything came down to my beliefs, my thoughts about what I "deserved", what I was worthy of. I wouldn't take time to move my body if I felt guilty about leaving my kids. I wouldn't give myself space to do something I loved if I felt like I didn't earn it. Our beliefs control our actions. All the motivation and desire isn't enough if we don't believe it's for us.
This is why hypnosis holds the answer. When using hypnosis we work together to access your subconscious mind. We tackle those beliefs and take action on changing them so that your thoughts and beliefs are in line with the actions you want to take. We work on re-connecting with yourself to discover what your next right move is. We relax and calm your nervous system. This allows a re-set. We visualize and 'rehearse' your goals. Then your desired actions become SO MUCH EASIER. Creating new habits, stopping old ones, and feeling whole, relaxed and aligned becomes a daily reality. And, the most amazing thing? It's not hard.
